Production Planing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing and merchandising, head, IE & management team and timely input in ERP.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up
∎ Fabric in-house by following up knitting and dyeing procedure in accordance to T&A
∎ Communicate with merchandisers for PP sample follow up and approval as per T&A
∎ Maintain fabric in-house as per cutting plan
∎ Ensure line feeding through the process of trial cutting to bulk cutting
∎ Ensure input of printing and embroidery to follow them up
∎ Communicate with store and merchandisers for accessories in-house or not in-house as per T&A
∎ Monitor production target as per plan
∎ Monitoring pack production of finishing as per shipment schedule
∎ Monitor the order receiving process as per OPD plan
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Goals Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis and ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
