Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience, preferably in a national or international organization, particularly in Child Protection program.
∎ Sound knowledge on child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to supervising the team, coordination skills between case management services, child friendly spaces. Leadership skill will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience and skill in documenting, reporting, analyzing and summarizing qualitative data.
∎ Sound knowledge on using MS Office, and internet.
