∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 02 years of experience in retail pharmacy Sales or Category Management or a similar role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers or manufacturers.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Develop and implement pharma category strategies to meet business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
∎ Oversee the selection, sourcing, and management of products within the category. Ensure products meet customer demands and maintain competitive pricing.
∎ Generate regular reports on sales, margin performance, and inventory levels.
∎ Present insights and recommendations to senior management
∎ Work with outlets to manage over-stock, stock-outs, slow-moving.
∎ Use this information to optimize the product assortment and pricing strategy.
∎ Choose the right mix of products, work closely with suppliers or manufacturers, and manage the product life cycle from selection to discontinuation.
∎ Ensure the demand planning based on category wise Fast moving product, customer demanded product, short supply products, seasonal products & space management.
∎ Product Assortment based on space management & Merchandising as per each outlet.
∎ Ensure stores adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.
