Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of diagnostics, consultations, pharmacy, and support services.

  • Ensure timely patient service delivery with minimum waiting time.

  • Monitor SOP compliance in diagnostics, patient care, and administrative processes.

  • Manage branch resources, including staff scheduling, equipment and inventory.

  • Coordinate with central reference lab and headquarters for reporting & support.

  • Identify, onboard and manage specialist doctors and consultants to expand OPD and diagnostic services.

  • Develop referral networks with GPs, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers and corporate clients.

  • Lead revenue generation activities, initiatives, health camps, and promotional activities to increase patient footfall.

  • Plan and execute doctor engagement programs, CME sessions, health camps, and promotional events.

  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operational and financial performance.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve branch revenue targets through patient footfall growth and package sales.

  • Develop and execute local marketing & sales activities (health camps, promotions, community engagement).

  • Build and maintain corporate partnerships with schools, offices, and factories.

  • Drive doctor & clinic referral programs to increase patient inflow.

People Management

  • Supervise medical, technical, and non-medical staff of the branch.

  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and motivational programs for employees.

  • Resolve staff conflicts and maintain a positive work culture.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and ethical standards.

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Manage branch P&L, expenses, and operational budgets.

  • Monitor billing, receivables, and cash handling accuracy.

  • Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.

  • Submit monthly branch performance reports to management.

Quality, Compliance & Customer Care

  • Ensure patient satisfaction through feedback, complaint resolution, and quality care.

  • Maintain compliance with DGHS regulations, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Conduct regular audits of diagnostics & pharmacy services.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for better service.
