Additional Requirements:
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC or laboratory operations in a cement plant.

  • Strong experience in cement, clinker, raw materials, VRM, and concrete quality control.

  • Hands-on experience with XRF, XRD, Blaine, and laboratory instruments.

  • Experience in chemical and physical testing, lab management, and quality systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a plant environment.

  • Strong discipline, accountability, and quality mindset.

  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all QA/QC laboratory activities for raw materials, clinker, cement, and concrete.

  • Ensure routine chemical and physical testing as per ASTM, EN, BIS, and BDS standards.

  • Oversee sample collection, preparation, and testing in line with QCP and SOPs.

  • Monitor VRM hourly samples and dispatch product quality.

  • Conduct and supervise full chemical analysis (XRF, titration, LOI, free lime, SO₃, etc.).

  • Ensure physical tests such as fineness (Blaine), compressive strength, setting time, soundness, slump, and concrete cylinder tests.

  • Optimize raw mix and clinker quality based on test results.

  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment (XRF, balances, ovens, furnaces, pH meters, Blaine, sieves).

  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation for audits and certifications.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17025 requirements.

  • Supervise and train chemists, lab officers, and technicians.

  • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to maintain consistent product quality.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.

  • Perform any other duty assigned by management.
