• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Hons/Masters) from any reputed institution.

• 4–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Water Pump or Hardware Tools category.

• Strong leadership capability with proven team-handling experience.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Ensure consistent product availability, visibility and proper placement in all key retail outlets.

• Appoint, develop, and supervise dealers to maintain an efficient supply chain and expand the dealer/retailer network.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new business partners.

• Guide, support, and monitor Sales Officers and Territory Officers under the ASM, providing training and motivation.

• Conduct field coaching to ensure sales discipline, execution excellence, and team productivity.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.

• Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and field sales guidelines.
