∎ Proven experience as DBA/System Administrator / Software Engineer / Android Apps developer will get preference.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations, should be willing to work overtime beyond normal office hours duty. Understanding of IT. Principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
∎ Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Database administration (SQL/MSQL/MariaDB).
∎ System administration (Hardware, Network and Software).
∎ Control and manage user access.
∎ Managing the implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organizational IT systems. This includes operating systems, servers, PCs, software, telephones, and peripherals.
∎ Developing standard operating procedures for system users.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers of hardware and software to get the best deal, including external support, and being responsible for contracting consultants and making service agreements.
∎ Best practices to safeguard company data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Facilitate collaboration between the IT department and other units to support company-wide initiatives and improve interdepartmental workflows.
∎ Investigate and implement emerging technologies that could enhance operational efficiency or offer competitive advantages to the business.
