Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing campaigns and offers and maintain brand strategy and essence.
∎ Actively support data appreciation to understand service performance trends and customer behavior.
∎ Support brand team to develop customer segment wise communication strategy development, communication effectiveness testing, ideation and plan for ATL, BTL, and Digital activities and communication.
∎ Support Annual brand plan and roadmap development
∎ Coordinate with Brand Partners, and business vertical teams to discuss, develop, update, and monitor communication activities as per agreed campaign timeline.
∎ Drive assigned brand value or image campaigns from brief development to execution and post execution monitoring.
∎ Collecting monthly/weekly reports, creative delivery sign-off documents from Advertising Agency, in-house creative, and other relevant teams to prepare a weekly update report
∎ Supervise creative quality scoring and recording of creative agency and in-house creative for all campaigns and projects.
∎ Assist with a broad range of research efforts, including surveys, analysis of secondary data, and qualitative methods to gain a deeper understanding of consumers and key opinion formers.
∎ Support to build brand awareness and reach actual and potential target group
∎ This incumbent will be responsible for supporting brand strategy & planning, campaign & creative development process. S/he will support campaign executions for different verticals as per marketing, commercial, and organizational objectives.

∎ Key Responsibilities / Input:
