∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco
∎ Training/Trade Course: Cisco Certified
∎ Skills Required: Information technology,ISP,Mikrotik
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cisco, Customer Support, Information technology, ISP, IT Support Service, Telecommunication Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of IP Network
∎ Network Installation and Maintenance
∎ Corporate Customer Support (Physical & Over Telephone)
∎ Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software
∎ Server Installation & Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc) under Linux & Windows
∎ Experience in Mikrotik Router.
∎ Knowledge of SOHO LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall,IP camera, IP pabx) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
∎ Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Work with team environment and spirit
∎ Ability to work in roster basis.
∎ Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
