Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Business or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are responsible for setting and coordinating the team's goals, ensuring that they are aligned with the supply chain goals
∎ You are responsible for having a clear overview of the daily operations & workload within your team, securing workflow routines are followed and providing training and support as needed
∎ You are also responsible for evaluating suppliers' performance, ensuring that seasonal capacity planning and capacity development is aligned with long term strategic plans
∎ You work closely with the Product Manager to work towards achieving team goals, ensuring that operations run smoothly in the team and any challenges the team may face are overcome together
∎ You create a good dialogue with the buyers/section managers in the Buying Office or Purchasing Responsible at Global Purchasing Organization to support achieving the best customer offer
∎ You ensure that the whole team works with the same tools and methods and you supervise the team to secure team work with other departments and suppliers to secure the best product
∎ You act as a true H&M leader by being a role model of H&M's leadership expectations and by focusing on developing your people
∎ You act with high levels of professionalism while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
