Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling product development responsibility of fashion products with high knowledge of both knit & woven.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful development of products align with the customers' expectations.
∎ Analyze tech pack, formulate plans & translate concept and design into a product.
∎ Coordinate with the product management team during the development stage and ensure the product meets the testing requirements.
∎ Prepare a cost analysis & detailed cost breakdown for any new product
∎ Ensure to proceed with every phase of any project to align with the customer's expected schedule.
∎ Coordinate with multiple departments of factories to ensure on-time product development.
∎ Share the weekly progress with the manager with the exceptions & find on-time solutions.
∎ Successfully manage Design and PD responsibility to fulfill the customer expectations and cultivate excellent relationships with the key contacts.

∎ Proficiency of communication in the English language (Both written & spoken) and well conversant with computer literacy.
