Additional Requirements

• Must have experience in production merchandising.

• Knowledge of costing will be given advantage.

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.

• Computer skills in MS Office package programmer and Internet.

Context : Salvia Life Style: Salvia Life Style is going to introduce a new clothing brand, thats why we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Senior Merchandiser cum Production Coordinator (Knit & Oven) . The successful candidate will be responsible for Arrange all kind of fabrics & accessories from local & foreign sources as required for production independently and follow up process and coordinate production peoples closely to make sure good ship on time. The candidate will be prioritised who have exprience incase of establishing and warking in bangladeshi clothing brand .

Duty Times: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible hours may be required based on project needs).

Responsibilities :

• Arrange all kind of fabrics & accessories from local & foreign sources as required for production independently and Need to follow customer order independently. Communicate with suppliers for other raw materials, booking and delivery.

• Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development sample costing sheets.

• Understand and follow the procedures for order fulfillment.

• Ability to sourcing new product and deliver the right products at the right price.

• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.

• Follow up and coordinate production peoples for achieving timely shipment.

• Follow up with planning/commercial/production team & ensure shipment move on time.

• Candidates must have to develop work sheet as given design.

• Follow up required sample and PPS.

• Arrange PPS meeting before start bulk.

• Make sure all of paperwork is correct before passing others department.

• Assist line manager to speed up production.

• Maintain all communication relevant with merchandising, order files, reports etc.

• Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey, Negotiation Skill

• Follow up process closely to make sure good ship on time.

• Overall responsibilities to look all the accounts assigned by superior, also day to day update to management accordingly.

• Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
