Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
∎ M.Sc./B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTex or any other well-reputed textile institution will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should be able to improve sourcingof orders, attending to respective buyers and executing the orders.
∎ Capable enough to prepare order sheet for yarn, fabric, accessories and trims.
∎ Able to prepare costing sheet, pricing and consumption of knit garments.
∎ Work with Sample Department and follow up to deliver the sample on time.
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with top Management.
∎ Coordinate and ensure that all accessories are stored on time.
∎ Work closely with Production Department to ensure the in line customers' requirements are interpreted and executed thoroughly.
∎ Must have experience to handle buyer independently.
∎ Strong follow up skill to manage all kind of production samples such as CS Sample, pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before deadline of buyers' required time.
∎ Ensure samples address desired function, including checking for quality, size, fit and adherence to standards
∎ Follow up and submit the regular status to Managing Director and Department Head.
∎ Any other assignments given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising (knit).
∎ Print technique and fabric quality technique: dyeing, finishing and all kinds of special treatment of fabric.
∎ Proper T&A preparation and follow up quality is a must.
∎ Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time.
∎ Real time working capability in ERP arena.
∎ Ability to work under pressure where the environment will be absolutely goal driven.
∎ Considerable knowledge/understanding of commercial and shipping operations.
∎ Computer knowledge required, which must at least include: Browsing, E-mail, Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Salary: Negotiable
