∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Textile, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Controller/ Assurance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. Drive team development through application / guided implementation of best practices.
∎ Role model L&Co. behaviors and embed them in day-to-day working of self and team. Train and enhance the skill of Quality Staff. Drive the implementation of initiatives such as DHU Reduction, QMP 2.0, Team Development Initiative and others as applicable.
∎ Partner in and ensure seamless implementation (with PD, Finish, RM) of PER as a tool for robust Pre-Production / Product Development ensuring early infusion of Quality in GTM calendar. Ensure the implementation of all QMP guidelines (irrespective of QMP status) and robust process control measures in all facilities. Work with direct reports (QAs) to ensure that they develop capability independently to execute both PER and QMP requirements.
∎ In line with GSC Priorities Drive Quality as a contributor to Predictability and thus On-Time; Higher Field Audit Acceptance; Lesser DHU; DHU Reduction Initiative; CSC KPIs on Acceptance and DUH; QMP 2.0; Zero Youth-wear product safety failures; Eliminate CWRFs; Partner in implementation of Global Quality Initiative.
∎ Drive issue resolution with suppliers and oversee the supplier certification program. Ensure supplier report card process is in place. Generate appropriate performance metrics and drive resolution of issues through supplier senior management. Enable achievement of KPIs of the team through interventions with suppliers / vendors
∎ Pre-empt challenges and engage with PD & S, RM and Finish teams to de-bottleneck issues. Engage with CSC Auditors and drive failures into implemented learnings. Partner in cross functional GSC, LS&Co. initiatives, as applicable.
