Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Finishing functions of sourcing office meeting L.S &Co standards, Manages critical aspects of finishing like Product quality, Costs, Lead time and flawless execution of finishes from Product development to Mass Production.
∎ Collaborate with Peers to meet Organizational objectives like On time Delivery, Lab test acceptances, Risk assessments and ensure products meet L.S &Co standards.
∎ Develop the finishes at source for the season as per the brief received from with Design.
∎ Ensure the developed product meets LS&Co. testing standards, RSL standards, aesthetic parameters and reproducibility standards in bulk & Cost.
∎ Facilitate & ensure On-time CS execution & as per Design approved target.
∎ Ensuring the product developments are carried out the finishes are sealed as per the defined GTM calendar timelines.
∎ Ensure comprehensive Risk Analysis is conducted at FLA & CS stage to ensure risk free production.
∎ Approve lab dips, x-source fabric development approvals with vendor nominated mills and strike off for fabric developments.
∎ Facilitate vendor with tools which are updated from time to time internally such as testing standards, testing frequency or any update on test methods/requirements.
∎ Upgrade vendor on finish capabilities partnering with Innovation team.
∎ Ensure, establish & approve Bulk Finish tolerance limits as per LS&Co. standards.
∎ Analyze vendor capability and offered capacity and work with cross functional teams to plan order placements for both Finish Development and mass production in the source base.
∎ Establish Quality process controls at laundry to ensure first time right product and also to avoid higher finish rejections at laundry.
∎ Ensure bulk production meets LS&Co. testing standards and approved FTL.
∎ Develop & educate one NFE per vendor with defined guidelines of LS&Co. requirements
