Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Manage/Monitor Transport operation of Hatirjheel Bus service
∎ - Monitor periodic Transport maintenance also ensure the cost efficiency
∎ - Manage/Control the third-party security guard
∎ - Monitor day to day operations like duty roaster, attendance, Ticket sales, cash deposit, accident/incident Log
∎ - Attend meeting with Govt. body regarding the service
∎ - Regular field visit to ensure vigilance to the team
∎ - Arrange training for field force development
∎ - Keep update management with various report
∎ - Advice/suggest management for excellence of the service
∎ - Resource Mobilizations like People and Vehicles and securities
∎ - Analyze the risk assessment of overall operations and takes immediate measure for resolve the issues and maximize the profitability’s
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
