Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience in working with government counterparts in developing and implementing OPs; including 5 years of work experience in newborn health
∎ Proven track-record in providing technical support to various departments of MOH&FW in scaling up proven interventions/approaches.
∎ Experience with high-level representation and networking with government representatives and other stakeholders
∎ Good understanding of Health, Population and Nutrition Sector Plan (HPNSP) and MNC&AH program
∎ Hands-on experience in implementation of MNH interventions through public systems
∎ Strong knowledge of Newborn Health interventions.
∎ Ability to work in a highly complex environment;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
∎ Proven ability to think creatively and be innovative, set priorities, manage work plans, and evaluate progress
∎ Ability to analyze and use data for planning and action;
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English.
∎ Experience in capacity building of managers and providers at various levels.
