Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management, direct, monitor, maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse and control of goods in/out operation and stock control for the organization including the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse to produce a compliant, efficient system and solution, maximizing performance & profitability, goods in/out operation and stock control against pre-agreed targets and controls.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Utilize appropriate systems to manage the warehouse functions, analysis and documentation.
∎ Assist in developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
∎ Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands the mechanism of the warehouse, their duties and role within the organization.
∎ Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Overall responsibility for ensuring that the team is kept up to date with applicable import and duty regulations.
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
∎ Providing strong visible leadership in order to ultimately manage all staff through performance, management and training.
∎ Ensure all the rules and regulations to meet up the buyer requirements.
∎ Candidate must have advance experience working with Tally Software
∎ The applicants must have experience in software -based store management of Spinning Mills
∎ Ensure all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that all kind of materials keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly spare parts received and issued report /Finish goods report/Wastage report.
∎ Any other work assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Highly computer literate and various software (ERP)
∎ Experienced in software based store and Inventory management system
∎ Strong command in MS Excel and MS Word
∎ Pleasant personality with positive attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Should have sound language proficiency in Bangla and English
