Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS) is required, preferably with Master Degree in Public Health.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experience in newborn health preferably with prematurity, including 3 years in management position
∎ Demonstrated experience with senior health and family planning (FP) managers and policy makers is essential
∎ Direct working experience in newborn health at national level, with government health and family planning service delivery will be an advantage
∎ Experience in working at tertiary hospital level and in an urban setting is preferred.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Bangladesh health service delivery system and good knowledge of national health strategies/programs
∎ S/he must have the capacity to coordinate and collaborate effectively with national/divisional/ district health and family welfare and local government, rural development and cooperation representatives and professionals.
∎ Excellent skills in program planning, coordination, report writing, external representation, partnership management and staff management
∎ Strong computer skills, with familiarity in using of Microsoft Office and Internet
