∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will add advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Payroll Management, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, prepare remediation plan/CAP & Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules, 2015.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ To develop, prepare and update H & M social monthly and annual performance data.
∎ To develop and prepare and update HIGG, social data and able to work in STEP platform of H & M Supplier portal.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Admin policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Update licenses, certificates.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 5 years in Managerial (Human Resource) Position.
∎ Strong knowledge on labour law 2006 & labour rules 2015 and factory rules.
∎ HR policies development and implementation
∎ Core HR knowledge and operations
∎ Must be familiar with Bangladesh labor law, labor rules and factory rules
∎ Pleasant personality with positive attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Highly computer literate and various HR software (ERP)
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
