Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.
∎ Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
∎ Manage overall factory payroll management.
∎ Supervise the HR and administration team and ensure the goals set are met.
∎ Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
∎ Responsible for overall of factory HR and Admin management and creating a healthy and comfortable work environment within the organization.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, Safety and security of office and factory premises.
∎ Responsible for necessary logistics support as and when required.
∎ Maintain good relationships and must be updated with head office.
∎ To ensure the maximum productivity from employees through proper training and guidelines.
∎ Maintain good relationships with the local bodies, and govt. agencies as per required.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of working experience in the HR & Administration Department which includes at least 3 Years in managing/ leading roles in factory level.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
∎ Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & it's amendments.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge in MS Office Package.
