Job Context:
∎ A reputed multinational company producing Knit Sports wear and Lifestyle wear is looking for a potential candidate as Senior Manager, Production department.
∎ We are looking for experienced Senior Manager capable to lead overall production and ensure quality as per plan.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Supervising, leading and managing production process and employees to guide them for higher productivity along with keeping good relations with all staffs and sewers to ensure attendance.
∎ Attend any supply chain issue immediately to avoid loss time in production.
∎ Coordinate with all departments for smooth production processes.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments, Good knowledge about the entire Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering & Quality Assurance Process as well as new Techniques of manufacturing.
∎ Evaluate performance of subordinates, disciplinary matters, necessary training needs to increase production capability.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

∎ Age 38 to 48 years
