Job Context:

∎ Position: Senior Manager (Production & Operation)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and control all production and operations activity of an auto corrugation box making plant
∎ Daily/ weekly/ monthly Production Planning
∎ Paper and Carton Box testing and quality inspection
∎ Improve production efficiency and meet optimal production capacity
∎ Ensure carton boxes meet customer quality requirements
∎ Ensure customer delivery schedules are strictly met
∎ Manage and supervise production staff and worker
∎ Assign and ensure daily production targets for production staff
∎ Prepare production and operations reports
∎ Coordinate and implement procurement of raw materials
∎ Coordinate all administrative and documentation functions of factory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have extensive knowledge in running production and operations in a full auto corrugated Box making plant and all process of Carton Box manufacturing and printing. Additionally the candidate should have computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Email correspondence, good communication skills, regular report preparation and dissemination to top management
