Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters’ degree in Business Administration/Development Studies/Economics/Social Science or any other related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Identify potential business areas and clients and establish relationship and collaborate with new clients.
∎ To identify suitable joint venture partners, negotiate and form partnership with JV partners.
∎ To identify potential calls for services and lead to prepare EOI and proposal in coordination with both internal Research Team, Experts and potential JV partners.
∎ To build and maintain relationships with donors, I/NGOs, government ministries and department, media houses and other related stakeholders when and as required.
∎ To plan persuasive approaches and execute them to grab new clients and partners to do business with DM WATCH LIMITED through excellent communication services.
∎ To research on behavioral change communication, policy advocacy for in-depth understanding of the latest trend.
∎ To research and understand the key business challenges, partner behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors.
∎ To prepare business communication strategy, action plan and develop the communication materials including online tools, publications, presentation, digital media, briefing and internal reports with support from communication team members.
∎ Lead to improve presence of the company both in website and social media platforms with support from both communication and research team members.
∎ Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs.
∎ Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques to disseminate organizational achievement/findings and communicate with clients, partners, guests based on the specific events (inception, seminar, press conference, webinar, workshop) to make it vigorous.
∎ Manage the team of CBD (communication and business development) to develop creative, consistent, and impactful contents for communicating impactful message to stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market trends analysis, prepare business and communications annual plan, business strategy and execute plans with support from the team members.
∎ Develop and maintain database, tools, template and guidelines required for CBD team and orient team members.
∎ Capacity development of the team members assessing the needs of both employees and organization.
∎ To assess priorities, distribute works among the team members and ensure quality outputs within the timeframe.
∎ Closely work with RKM (Research and Knowledge Management division) and FO (Finance and Operations) divisions to maintain effective internal communication.
∎ Provide hands-on branding support for assigned team, paying close attention to timelines.
∎ Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and stakeholder experience across channels from in-store signage to digital to print.
∎ Develop an understanding of short- and long-term goals and planned initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience in a position/s related to Business Development, Resource Mobilization in reputed research consultancy firm, I/NGOs, or other relevant organizations. S/he should possess at least 3 years of previous experience of managing a team.
∎ Demonstrated self-reliant problem-solving capacity with excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding written and oral skills; success in liaison and negotiation with prospective partners and donors; and cultural sensitivity.
∎ Experience dealing with donor agencies and other multi-laterals, bi-laterals, private sector, and foundations.
∎ Strong negotiating and advocacy skills.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 90000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and the outcome of the recruitment assessment.
