  • Must have existing client leads, proven portfolio, and strong industry network

  • Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, budgeting & deal closing

  • Hands-on experience with ATL / BTL / TTL campaign planning

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and business-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Generate leads through online and offline channels

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Present company services to potential clients

  • Conduct client meetings and follow-ups

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain sales records and CRM updates

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

  • Research market trends and competitor activities
