Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update website inventory, ensuring accurate product listings, stock levels, and pricing information
Support online and offline sales operations by coordinating with relevant teams
Assist in understanding market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely sales support through phone, chat, or in-person interaction
Maintain daily sales records, order tracking, and basic reporting for management
Support order processing, documentation, and follow-up with customers until delivery completion
Take managerial responsibilities in the absence of the manager, including supervision of daily office tasks and coordination with staff
Work closely with marketing and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist in improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain basic CRM/data entry systems and ensure data accuracy
