Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

EC Organic Products Ltd., a growing FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Corporate Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate clients, including Pharmaceutical companies, Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering), Modern Trade, and other institutional clients. The role also requires hands-on involvement in sales operations, order coordination, delivery management, and client servicing to ensure smooth business execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, Horeca partners, pharmaceutical companies, and institutional buyers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to expand the company’s corporate sales portfolio.

  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote FMCG products.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.

  • Monitor order processing, stock availability, delivery schedules, and customer feedback to ensure service excellence.

  • Negotiate pricing, agreements, and commercial terms with corporate clients.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper follow-up on receivables.

  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, forecasts, and competitor activity updates for management review.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of FMCG market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.

  • Support management in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Maintain proper documentation related to sales orders, agreements, delivery records, and client communications.
