EC Organic Products Ltd., a growing FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Corporate Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate clients, including Pharmaceutical companies, Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering), Modern Trade, and other institutional clients. The role also requires hands-on involvement in sales operations, order coordination, delivery management, and client servicing to ensure smooth business execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, Horeca partners, pharmaceutical companies, and institutional buyers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to expand the company’s corporate sales portfolio.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote FMCG products.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
Monitor order processing, stock availability, delivery schedules, and customer feedback to ensure service excellence.
Negotiate pricing, agreements, and commercial terms with corporate clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper follow-up on receivables.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, forecasts, and competitor activity updates for management review.
Maintain strong knowledge of FMCG market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Support management in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation related to sales orders, agreements, delivery records, and client communications.
