Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA in Marketing from any well-recognized institution is highly preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Integrity, Problem-solving and decision making, Strategic Thinker, Strong Business Acumen, Well organised.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branding, head of Operation, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Telecommunication, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist departmental head in planning, forecasting and setting departmental lead targets with new ideas, activities, plans and budgets.
∎ Managing the marketing team of BTL, Media & PR, and Corporate Relationship to meet the lead target and brand optimization.
∎ Maintaining good liaison with various media to gain maximum mileage from company PR and brand image
∎ Create new ideas for activation, and events for lead generation and jointly work with other departments i.e. ATL, DGTL and sales with the ownership of the BTL team.
∎ Develop personal knowledge in product, market and TG
∎ Plan for Catchment, District, Overseas and individual lead and promotional target of Skyvilla, Premium CONDO and Maxus from each segment of BTL, PR and Corporate relationship as per strategic requirement
∎ Optimizing MGL for saleable units through continuous communications and activation, PR and corporate relationship team with Planning & Budget.
∎ Keep liaison with banks, leasing and other corporates for co-branding and determine the lead target and achievement and enhance the segment of corporate relationship
∎ Keep communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with the customer services department for any requirements and keep customers satisfied with a monthly report through the BTL segment
∎ Submit Regular survey reports to the head of the department, and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every changed circumstance.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Ensure achievement of individual and departmental lead targets and generate lead as per ABP.
∎ Coordinate and conduct meetings with sales cluster to assist department head and provide minutes to management and execute meeting minute feedback accordingly.
∎ Vendor management, agency coordination, maintaining communication and Guiding the external production teams with ideas, content and their timely delivery.
∎ Ensure brand itinerary, sales logistics i.e. brochures, flyers, leaflets and presentation content
∎ Conduct weekly updates and progress meetings with the head of the department
∎ Regular visit the project and identify the progress and scope of development of the product
∎ Liaison and follow up the audit, cost and budget and accounts team for on-time vendor payment
∎ Accomplish organization goals by eagerly accepting ownership over new and different tasks
∎ Acknowledge and execute any other idea, or task given by the department head when required
