Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Defense background will be preferred. Rank - Captain and above.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of the factories and frequent visits around the factories.
∎ Surprise visits to factories may have to be conducted at night shift.
∎ Closely monitor factory employees In-out with proper security checking.
∎ Security personnel presence check as security post of the five factories.
∎ Ensure security personnel discipline in the factories.
∎ Closely monitor security personnel activities as per factories policy.
∎ Having knowledge of visitor management systems as per factory requirements.
∎ Monitoring Fire control panel, five sites (factories) CCTV camera through Monitor
∎ Everyday security training conduct as per schedule of the factories.
∎ New joining security personnel training conduct as per factories requirements.
∎ Have knowledge and experience on ensuring Fire safety in factories. Knowledge on Evacuation plan and disaster management as per compliance requirements.
∎ Must have good knowledge of C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Ensuring goods In-out as per factories policy.
∎ Ensuring C-TPAT audit all requirements for all factories.
∎ Smoothly ensure security personnel duty shift as per factories requirements.
∎ Ensure security personnel salary sheet, punch data & personal files of all factories as per compliance requirements.
∎ Communicating with local police station & BEPZA authority.
∎ Strictly ensure goods only authorized pass-through security gates.
∎ Monitoring EOT of the factories.
∎ Monitoring outsiders or alloreactivities closely.
∎ Ensuring Shipment vehicle fitness as per C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Ensuring protocols during foreign delegation & buyer team visit to factories.
∎ Physical condition should be good. (Defense background will be preferred as officer)
∎ Must have experience of the garment factories at least 5 years.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Special area of expertise in security management of large organization.
