- Ability to work under pressure;
- Sound knowledge in computer operation;
- Good communication skill both in Bangla & English and Well behaved.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handling legal disputes arises by the Employess;
Safeguarding the intellectual property rights associated with ensuring that the company`s proprietary methods and technologies are protected;
Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies & Govt. rules according to labour law;
Moving and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Dhaka Labor Court;
Moving all the RMG sector cases before the BGMEA Arbitration Cell;
Conducting and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Labor Appellate Tribunal;
Moving & assisting the process of all the other cases on behalf of the company before the Judge Court & High Court;
Attending Courts to follow up cases from filing to till disposal;
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
