Experience:

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 35 years

• Must have working experience in Garments Industries;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Sound knowledge in computer operation;
• Good communication skill both in Bangla & English and Well behaved.

• Handling legal disputes arises by the Employess;

• Safeguarding the intellectual property rights associated with ensuring that the company`s proprietary methods and technologies are protected;

• Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies & Govt. rules according to labour law;

• Moving and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Dhaka Labor Court;

• Moving all the RMG sector cases before the BGMEA Arbitration Cell;

• Conducting and assisting the process of all the RMG sector cases before the Labor Appellate Tribunal;

• Moving & assisting the process of all the other cases on behalf of the company before the Judge Court & High Court;

• Attending Courts to follow up cases from filing to till disposal;

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
