Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or related subject from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position requires 35% Team Management and 65% Programming, Very good knowledge on Java 8.
∎ Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation and support of Benchmark Bangladesh Ltd. Products.
∎ Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
∎ Must be very good at algorithms and analytical skills
∎ Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Knowledge on Spring is preferred)
∎ Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Good academic record and participated in different programming contests
∎ Nice to different Java certifications
∎ Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
∎ Ability to take on multiple assignments.
∎ Should be able to work extended hours when needed
