Responsibilities & Context:
Must possess sound and in-depth knowledge of luxurious interior design concepts, technical and architectural drawings, specifications, and layout plans, with a strong understanding of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsible for supervising and coordinating projects with external/third-party teams throughout all phases, from project initiation to final handover, while ensuring compliance with design intent, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Conduct site surveys, measurements, and assessments to inform design decisions.
Develop cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Identify, address, and resolve design-related issues or required modifications during construction or installation phases.
Ensure proper coordination of all project stages, including design development, documentation, procurement, and execution.
Select exact materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and color palettes to create cohesive design solutions.
Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Source other competent interior design and development firms to partner with.
Maintain close correspondence with our nominated interior firm to ensure seamless collaboration.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, design technologies, and sustainable design practices in interior architecture.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management while maintaining clear, effective, and smooth communication across all stakeholders.
