∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduate/ Masters in Industrial/ Textile Engineering preferably from BUET, RUET, any State owned or Reputed Private Universities.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
∎ Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
∎ Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
∎ Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
∎ Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
∎ Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
∎ Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
∎ Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
∎ By Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement
∎ Day to day line balancing and improve the factory production
∎ Preparing workers' skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Generating daily production report, costing report and daily efficiency report
∎ Implementing PIB schemes
∎ Work aids, Guide and Attachment
∎ Line Set up
∎ Implementing various sewing production systems
∎ Arranging requisition for Sewing machine necessary for the production of a new style.
∎ Monitoring the Time and Motion Study (Cycle timing)
∎ Analyzing Motion of operations
∎ Operation/process break down
∎ Preparation of OB (Operation Bulletin)
∎ SAM/ SMV & PPM Calculation
∎ Thread Consumption
∎ Calculating the excess over time and control.
∎ M/C Layout and Work station layout
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To work with the order of Management as and when required
