Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist IE General Manager to set the targets and draft and design layout of machine, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
∎ Maintain IE Department SOP and KPI's.
∎ Ensure the productivity & efficiency of total production process.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve planned targets.
∎ Conduct training to team as required.
∎ Communicate with management, staff and workers to develop production and design standards.
∎ Method improvement and SMV reduction.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
∎ have sewing technical knowledge in outerwear.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience on outerwear is mandatory.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Computer skill: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.
∎ Good in IQ and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
Salary: Negotiable
