Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in outerwear factory, calculate outerwear SMV during costing stage.
∎ Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.
∎ Hands-on experience in managing of supportive staffs.
∎ Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
∎ In-good knowledge of denim & outerwear products.
∎ Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare operation breakdown for pre-costing by referring the sample/sketch/tech pack & provide costing SMV to merchandising team.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimum SMV to make order placing/capacity planning while ensuring the cost reduction option to enhance the profitability.
∎ Collect reference sample or sketch from merchandising department & record it for further use.
∎ Calculate thread consumption for each style for costing as well as production utilization.
∎ Co-ordinate with sample, maintenance & production teams for any kind of process improvement.
∎ Evaluate new technologies & automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes & cost reduction.
∎ Give suggestions to factory to improve methods & productivity of bulk production.
∎ Maintain records & data base as per the IE SOP.
