Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

∎ Skills Required: HRIS HR Database Management, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Performance appraisal, Presentation skill, Trend Analysis

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Change Management Initiatives, Conflict management, Data analysis and presentation, Easy to adapt to challenging situation, Good at english communication, good at writing, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Stress Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will set an HR budget aligned with targeted annual revenue. For doing so, the hiring process includes posting jobs, reviewing, and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
∎ The position will also oversee background checks and ensures that all pre-employment requirements and clearances are validated. Job descriptions for each position will have to be maintained and updated.
∎ To address employee conflicts and complete investigations as when required. To work with the management to administer employee discipline or corrective actions as and when needed.
∎ To be tech-friendly to manage HRERP in order to ensure HR service including payroll management, daily attendance reconciliation, rectifying discrepancies, and sharing reports with the respective departments.
∎ Policy evaluation and succeeding policy development would be the most frequent job in order to improve departmental performance. Similarly, introduces new systems that will strengthen the control and service to the workforce.
∎ Maintaining effective performance management systems by setting acceptable performance standards, employee objectives, and expected behavior.
∎ Observing timely performance ratings of all employees to retrieve performance evaluation data and file accordingly.
∎ Maintaining records and compiling reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisals; submitting monthly, and yearly.
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge related to the Bangladesh Labor Law rules and its appropriate practice.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
