Responsibilities & Context:
Block wise manpower balancing & accurate daily target setting
Identify bottleneck and aligning accurate methods to improve the capacity
Check machine layout diagrams and make correction
Line balancing and operator grading assessments
Line feeding follow up to ensure zero feeding
Monitor hourly production to ensure daily target
Monitoring loss time and take corrective action
Block wise weekly plan preparation
Organize and conduct weekly feeding meeting
Maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
Check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable
