Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate brand strategies for Mobil/Omera Lubricant which will consist of detailed yearly plans for campaigns, timelines, and other digital engagement activities
∎ Plan, budget, pre-test, and produce communication materials for the brand (s) as per the brand guideline
∎ Schedule content calendars across all owned digital communication channels
∎ Evaluate customer experience across digital media channels and customer touchpoints
∎ Create and optimize web pages for better user experience through collaboration with internal & external teams
∎ Ensure effective Digital Media planning and buying for the communication materials of Mobil & Omera brand lubricant
∎ Identify new digital marketing trends and make action plans for growth accordingly
∎ Gather and provide media intelligence information regarding competitors' new products, advertising campaigns, events, and activations
∎ Manage all relevant agencies daily to strategize the online journey of the brand (s)
∎ Constant maintenance of the brand websites and mobile applications
∎ Any other responsibilities as instructed by the line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4-year (s) experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in digital media buying.
∎ Certification on Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads or any others relevant certification
∎ Ability to interpret data and identify insights from analytics
∎ Complete understanding of all relevant digital marketing tools including SMM, SEM, SEO, PPC, DSP, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing etc.
∎ Knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Suites (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, YouTube) and Programmatic Ads
∎ Familiarity with Google Web Designer and Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
∎ Ability to understand and work on website CMS
∎ Good communication capability
∎ Good presentation and project management skills
