∎ 2+ years of experience in Regular support and service, systems and network administration and related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure IT systems and network infrastructure.
∎ Plan, configure, and implement physical and virtual server environments.
∎ Architect and implement networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
∎ Oversee the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise systems (e.g., servers, databases, storage, etc.).
∎ Manage network devices (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, etc.).
∎ Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure and systems.
∎ Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions.
∎ Implement and manage network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
∎ Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments.
∎ Manage cloud infrastructure services and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
∎ Lead migration efforts for cloud adoption and hybrid environments.
∎ Optimize and manage cloud-based services and virtual resources to meet organizational requirements.
∎ Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
∎ Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansions, and new technology implementations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs across the organization.

∎ Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Participate in internal and external IT audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
