• A candidate must possess a minimum of 04 years of practical experience working for a well-known real estate development firm.

• Must be capable of handling stress effectively.

• Strong communication abilities are required.

• Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, and experience with a Real Estate ERP system will be an advantage.

We are a promising real estate development company in Bangladesh, offering a diverse portfolio that includes apartments and commercial spaces within mid to high-end high-rise residential and commercial projects located in Dhaka, Chittagong, and Cumilla. We are seeking a confident and proactive professional to join our supply chain department. This individual will be tasked with material sourcing and purchasing, facilitating communication between the department and construction site(s), and executing our comprehensive supply chain/procurement strategy to ensure a seamless supply of materials.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Comply with purchasing goals and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials at project locations.

• Manage purchasing resources in line with the sanctioned budget.

• Identify and source both existing and new products to stay ahead of market demands.

• Compares PURCHASE REQUEST amounts against the BUDGET and/or Stock Level Control figures to confirm that expenditures remain within authorized limits.

• Collaborate with all other departments within the company as needed to anticipate and fulfill demand while integrating logistical processes with suppliers.

• Meet targets for cost savings in product supply and optimize payment terms.

• Enter and manage Purchase and Work orders data within the company’s ERP system.

• Guarantee a transparent and efficient process for procuring all types of materials, whether sourced locally or internationally, at the most competitive prices available in the market.

• Uphold a supply chain strategy that aligns with and supports the overall company strategy and performance goals.

• Ensure proper follow-up on delivery and other execution terms as required, serving as the primary contact for suppliers.

• Resolve supplier issues amicably in collaboration with the project team.

• Adhere to the Procurement Policy throughout all processes.
