∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
∎ The candidate should possess a presentable appearance and have the ability to motivate students.
∎ Preferably, candidates with 2 year of experience in education counseling for higher studies in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea and Malaysia will be given high priority. Those with study abroad experience will also be preferred.
∎ Candidates must be proactive, responsible, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure. They should be target-oriented in their duties.
∎ The candidate must be willing to travel to other cities and countries when required.
∎ Handle phone inquiries from students interested in studying abroad
∎ Provide information and guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities
∎ Respond to Whats-app messages promptly
∎ Assist in social media marketing and Facebook advertising
∎ Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing materials
∎ Maintain records of student inquiries and interactions
∎ Patience and excellent communication skills for phone calls and Whats-app interactions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Fluent in English
∎ Basic computer knowledge & Photoshop
∎ Ability to create posters and banners
∎ Familiarity with social media marketing and content writing
∎ Competence in Facebook marketing
∎ Photo and video editing / YouTube channel handling capability will be an extra advantage
