∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Business development knowledge of All kind zippers and metal trims will get preference.
∎ New brand development ( Nomination) will get more preference.
∎ Have conversant to dealing any customers and managing them competently.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on products and its product development.
∎ Should have proven leadership and coordination skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Candidate who knows Chinese language are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Working area can accept Chittagong/Narayanganj/ Dhaka

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and deal with the factories independently for all the marketing & Sales activities including product development.
∎ Keep liaison with customer for product development and order, follow up with factory for on time product submission.
∎ Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
∎ Ensure the confidentiality of the customer & sensitive company information.
∎ Order handling of Accessories and follow up for the production, Market and Customers / Buyers.
∎ Develop new brand to enhance business in zippers and metal trims - develop new brand is a must.
∎ Follow up Team leader instruction.
