Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
∎ Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.
∎ Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
∎ Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients through the closing process.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
