Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential customers
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers
∎ Enhance customer relationship including developing corporate image and reputation department
∎ Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly
∎ Preparing Draft Agreement & Power of Attorney for approval by Management
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in real estate sector
∎ Self-motivated & dynamic leadership
∎ Negotiation
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
∎ Computer literacy and online communication
