Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy development in coordination with Management
∎ Marketing communication planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
∎ Effective execution of market communication plans across all channels
∎ Digital marketing planning (OKR) and execution
∎ Media relations management and execution of PR events
∎ Coordinating with Ad agency and Creative department for production of communication materials
∎ Budgeting, management reporting as per requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Min 6-7 years' experience in Brand Management/Media planning etc. with reputed Ad agencies
∎ Strong communication and leadership skills
∎ Excellent articulation and copywriting skills in both Bengali and English
∎ An expert on digital marketing and highly tech savvy (will be tested hands-on)
