Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Sale of approx. 200 residence of properties (both commercial and residential) within 4 quarters;
∎ Leading the real estate sales & marketing operations;
∎ Brand building among wider population consistence with the good reputation it enjoys among clientele;
∎ Set strategic plans, budgets, and targets; and ensure achievement of the targets;
∎ Coach and develop next level of leaders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Min. 15 years' experience with reputed real estate companies;
∎ Proven & successful track record in real estate sales;
∎ An extraordinary performer and a proven leader;
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Hands-on user of office IT tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet etc.).
