Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Immediate Sale of approx. Tk 100 Crore worth of ready properties (both commercial and residential).
∎ Leading the Sales operations for existing and upcoming projects.
∎ Marketing and Brand building through traditional and modern (digital etc.) channels with visible outcome.
∎ Under the leadership of Management, set strategic plans, budgets, and operational plans in motion for upcoming mega projects.
∎ Ensure achievement of the sales/revenue targets for Self and the Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Min. 12-15 years' relevant experience with reputed real-estate companies.
∎ Proven & successful track record in real estate sales.
∎ Well conversant in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Proficient with digital marketing tools and office IT packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
