Job Responsibilities:
∎ Immediate Sale of ready properties as well as properties under Doctors' Club project;
∎ Leading the Sales operations for Doctors' Club and other projects;
∎ Develop conventional and digital sales channels with visible outcome;
∎ Under the leadership of Management, set & execute strategic plans, budgets, and operational plans;
∎ Ensure achievement of the sales/revenue targets for Self and the Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Min. 12-15 years' relevant experience with reputed real-estate companies;
∎ Proven & successful track record in real estate sales;
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Hands-on user of office IT tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet etc.).
