Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Candidates should have excellent communication in both English & Bengali, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office breaks.
• Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
• Computer knowledge of MS Office programs
• Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in a manner with a positive personality & quick learner.

• Supervise and manage the quality control team, including scheduling workloads and providing training and guidance to team members;
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for all operations for accessories, including measuring, checking for defects, and conducting visual inspections;
• Monitor and report on quality control performance, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as necessary;
• Work closely with production/operation managers to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards;
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Production, Store and other departments associated with the job;
• Investigate customer complaints and issues related to quality, working with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions;
• Ensure that all equipment used in operations is properly maintained and calibrated to deliver consistent quality results;
• Ensure 100% quality for inbound material and outbound goods;
• As per requirements, visit the customer`s factory;
• Perform any other assignment given by the Management.
