Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manufacturing Capacity risk assessment analysis during forecasting and order booking stage Closely work with Marketing, Production, and Other related department to monitor and solve the risk arises.
∎ Prepare Block Plan based on Order Booking Status.
∎ Review line wise plan prepared by factory planning team, identify contingency, and solve the contingency.
∎ Shipment status follow-up and initiate pro-active measures in case of any short / delayed shipment.
∎ Analyze factory performance with respect to budget and raise concern to Central Operation.
∎ Closely work with Head of Planning and Operation to run business operation.
